BTL EMBODY treatment does not require special preparation. But it is best to come to the procedure in comfortable clothes – wear leggings or sweatpants, tracksuits. A T-shirt is suitable for the upper body. The procedure can also be performed directly on the skin.

After the BTL EMBODI procedure
– after a 30-minute session, the patient can return to a normal activity. If the muscles have been weakened, they may feel more strongly, as after a regular workout. In turn, due to the process of removing the released fat, it is worth using a low-fat diet for several weeks after the procedure.
